I get irritated with unstable mothers who do drugs, whats your opinion with mother who smoke weed, leave there child behind at home and like to party alot! Do you think thats okay in your opinion?

That is not okay.
Once you have a baby, that's it. Your main focus is that child until they are old enough to help themselves a bit.
